The Company is an ISO9001:2000 company. TCCS possesses the licenses issued by the State Labor Ministry for design and fabrication of AR3 Pressure Vessels, Grade One Qualification Certificate for Boiler Installation and Installation Certificate for Pressure Piping. 

The company possesses scientific management methods, advanced technologies and rich construction experiences. The company can undertake several sets of large and medium-scale chemical, oil refining, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, textile, municipal engineering, environmental protection, power transmission and distribution plants in the mean time and also newly construction  , revamping & extension of auxiliary project as well as overhaul projects.  TCCS has formed its own core technologies and advantages on large-scale and complicated equipment rigging, large-scale construction, equipment lining, spheric tank welding, precision machinery installation and welding, and testing of DCS.

  Over the last three decades, the company won numerous honors issued by the State Construction Ministry  and Shandong province. Thereinto, Qilu 300,000t/y Ethylene plant, Maoming 300,000t/y Ethylene plant and Tianjin 250,000t/y PTA project won Luban Prize issued by the National Construction Association.

  Having cooperated with TECHINIP (France), KEMIRA (Finland), BP AMOCO, Fluor Daniel, TCCS has constructed Eastern Refinery (Bangladesh), PTA project (Zhuhai,China), Xiamen Kodak Film, Zhanjiang Kemira Compound Fertilizer Project and Jordan Aqaba Compound Fertilizer Project. In recent, the company entered into a contract with Mehardeh power plant of Syria Public Generate Electricity Company on two boiler's rehabilitation project.   

  To cope with International Engineering Corporation in Contract and Project Management, TCCS founded Overseas Engineering Company, which possesses the independent capability on engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to form the basis of going out and enter into international market.
