At
9:28am on July 28, 2006, in the area of newly completed
Maoming Petrochemical 640,000t/a ethylene plant, with
coloured banner fluttered over and highly hanged slogan,
which added festive colour. The ceremony of mechanical
completion of 1,000,000t/a Ethylene Expansion Project
was ceremoniously celebrated here.
The
leaders of Maoming Petrochemical Company, Design
Institute, Supervision Company, Construction Company and
the other company attented the ceremoney of mechanical
completion. Mr. Wang Qiang, vice president of Maoming
Petrochemical Company, manager of project management
department of ethylene expansion project presided the
ceremony of mechanical competion. Mr. Zhang Yanpeng, the
project manager of the project department of Maoming
Ethylene Expansion Project introduced the construction
of Maoming Ethylene Expansion Project. Mr. Li Anxi, the
president of Maoming Petrochemical Company and Mr. Che
Linbao, the president of our company made a speech on
the ceremony of mechanical completion.
Since
the commencement of the work from December 15, 2004, The
Project Department of Maoming Ethylene Expansion Project
under the great support of SINOPEC, Maoming
Petrochemical Company and each relevant company has
overcame many difficulties in construction at rainy
season, high temperature, the equipment and materials
being fail to be delivered in time. We have made
scientific planning, overall arrangement, overcame
difficulty, burried ourself in work, implemented the
management mode of overhaul. The Project Department
responsed the call upon of the Project Manager
Department of Maoming Petrochemical Company and The
Tenth Construction Company of SINOPEC actively and
organized the first, second and third campaign and a
decisive battle for 100 days. We enhanced safety
management, strictly implement the rules and regulations
on safe production, strengthen on quality control, make
process elaborate works during the course of
construction. Enforce civilized construction management,
make well protection for products, completed each target
with high quality.
