On
Apr.3, the construction of Phase I Project of Zhoushan
National Oil Storage Base undertaken by the Tenth
Construction Company of SINOPEC realized mechanical
completion. On the acceptance meeting of mechanical
completion, the inspection and acceptance group informed
the construction quality, hand-over documents and
“Three Inspections & Four Confirmations” of
Phase I project. It is considered that Phase I Project
of Zhoushan National Oil Storage Base has completed the
work agreed in the project contract under mutual efforts
of each party. In the construction of the project, the
design institute, supervisory company and the
construction company organized scientifically and
cooperated closely, they have made great contributions
for realizing the target in each phase. The inspection
and acceptance group consider that the quality of
project conforms to the relevant law, rules and
regulations, the forced standard of the project
construction, and meet the requirement of the designed
document and contract. The outstanding works have been
rectified completely. The quality of the project is
excellent and the safety & progress is good. The
construction technique and other documents are complete,
which have passed through the acceptance of mechanical
completion.
