At
9:00 a.m. on Apr. 24, 2007, the ceremony for starting of
CNOOC Huizhou Refinery 4,000,000t/a High-Pressure
Hydrogenation Plant and 200,000scf/h Hydrogen Producing
Plant which are another oversized projects of the Tenth
Construction Company of SINOPEC was held ceremoniously
at construction site. Wang Cunting, the vice-president
of TCCS, Liu Debin, the project vice-manager of CNOOC
Huizhou Refinery Project, the owner, Supervisory Company
and Construction Company as well as the leaders of the
relevant company attended the ceremony for starting of
the work.
