Western Pacific Ocean Petrochemical Co., Ltd. held the
ceremony of mechanical completion for 1,500,000t/a
hydrocracking plant at

.m. on July 26, 2007. Mr. Yu Guohua, the president of
Dalian Western Pacific Ocean Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
gave high evaluation to the Tenth Construction Company
as the main company who has attended the construction of
hydrocracking project; especially they were very
satisfied with air-tightness test of high pressure
reaction system at one time. Mr. Fan Jixian, the
president of the company made a speech on the ceremony
of mechanical completion.
