The
ceremony for mechanical completion of coal-based
hydrogen preparation plant of Shenhua Direct Coal
Liquefaction Project constructed by our company was held
ceremoniously at the site of coal-based hydrogen
preparation in
Wu Lan Mu Lun Town,
Ordos
City
. Mr.Zhang Yuzuo, vice-president of Shenhua Group &
the board chairman of Shenhua Coal to Oil Co.,
Ltd., Mr. Wu Xiuzhang, vice-chief engineer of Shenhua
Group, Mr. Fan Jixian, the president of the company and
Mr. Wang Cunting, vice-president of the company sat on
the platform.
Our
company undertook the erection of steel structure,
process piping, equipment & machinery, electric
& instrument, painting & insulation in the
construction of coal-based hydrogen preparation plant.
Since starting construction from Mar.1, 2006, the
project department organized carefully, the employees
struggled against the inclement weather and extremely
hot weather, head wind and sand, with rain and snow,
the project department has organized and carried out
“Mobilization Meeting of a Decisive Battle for 100
days”. More than 4200 tons steel structure, 421 sets
equipment & machinery, more than
66000m
process piping, more than
4000m3
painting & insulation,
420,000m
cable, more than 3000 sets of electric & instrument
equipment have been installed, which have created the
condition for the mechanical completion of the plant
successfully.
Shenhua
Direct Coal Liquefaction Project is the industry of
taking coal as the raw material to produce oil and
petrochemical product through the process of chemical
manufacturing. At present, there is no direct coal
liquefaction industrial production plant in the world.
Shenhua Direct Coal Liquefaction Project will be the
first industrial demonstrated plant of direct coal
liquefaction in the world after the plant being built
up.
