The
meeting for mechanical completion and acceptance of
Zhoushan State Oil Storage Project (Phase II) was held
in Zhoushan State Oil Storage Base Co., Ltd. In the
morning on Nov. 9, 2007. Mr. Zhang Delin, the chief
engineer of Zhoushan State Oil Storage Project of the
Tenth Construction Company reported the construction
management of the project. The owner and the experts who
attended the meeting performed the acceptance and gave
confirmation to the mechanical completion of this
project and made acceptance check to the technical
documentation of this project.
Zhoushan
State Oil Storage Project (Phase II) consists of 6 sets
of
100,000m3
storage tanks, tank farm, spray system erection, process
piping erection work, civil work, electrical erection
work, monitoring tower, cathode protection etc. The
effective construction period of this project is 390
days stipulated in the contract. Through reasonable
organization & construction by the project
department of the Tenth Construction Company, the actual
number of days of construction was 353 days, which was
37 days ahead of the schedule.
On
the summary meeting of acceptance, Mr. Zhu Genmin, the
vice-president of Zhoushan State Oil Storage Base
Co., Ltd gave high evaluation to Phase II Project
undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company.
