Nov.12, 2007, the project department of West
to East Gas Pipeline Project received the notification
of award from the project department of Phase 17 of
Yichang to
Shanghai
directional drilling & traversing project of SINOPEC
West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
Phase
17 is located in Huangpen River Branch at east of Anqing,
Anhui
Province
, the crossover length is
720m
. The specification of the pipeline is φ
1016mm
. The cost of construction is about 6million RMB. The
diameter of the pipe is the largest one in this bidding
and the crossover length is in the second of all bidding
phases. There were 15 construction companies
participated in the bidding competition in SINOPEC.
Preparation
for construction of this project has been started and it
is anticipated that the work can be completed before
Feb.2008.
