.m. on Nov.25, 2007, through continuously working for 15
days by No.2 Instrument & Electric Company of TCCS,
high voltage cabinet of substation for
Qingdao
Refining & Chemical 2,900,000t/a Heavy Oil Catalytic
Cracking Plant received power successfully. This is one
of the first substations that received power in all
substations of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Plant.
