Wang Cunting, vice-president of the company, on behalf
of the company, made a speech. He said that the Tenth
Construction Company will strictly execute the
construction procedure, make more details of working
sequence, civilized operation; take constructing
excellent project and ensuring the plant long term
running with safe and stable as the final target.
HDPE
Plant is one of the main plants of Tianjin Petrochemical
1,000,000t/a Ethylene, which consist of 10 units, such
as feedstock supply, refining, catalyst activation etc.
It is required in the contract that the plant shall be
ready for mechanical completion by the end of May 2009.
