On
Dec.17, 2007, 1,800,000t/a Hydrocracking and
1,300,000t/a Wax Oil Hydrogenation Plant of Tianjin
Petrochemical 1,000,000t/a Ethylene Project started
construction.
The
ceremony of starting construction began at 10:
45a
.m. on Dec.17. Mr.Wang Cunting, vice-president of the
company and leaders from each company who attended the
ceremony of starting construction made a speech
respectively. At 11:00, Mr. Wang Lixin, vice-president
of Tianjin Petrochemical Company announced that
1,800,000t/a Hydrocracking and 1,300,000t/a Wax Oil
Hydrogenation Plant starting construction formally.
Tianjin
Petrochemical 1,000,000t/a Ethylene Project and the
auxiliary projects include ethylene project, refining
project, thermoelectricity project and outside battery
limit project. “Two Hydrogenation Plants” are the
main plant of refining project. It is required in the
contract that the plants shall be ready for mechanical
completion by the end of Mar. 2009.
