Through
hard effort of all constructors for more than 20 months,
the first 10-million-ton refinery project of Qingdao
Refining Project is basically completed and was ready
for mechanical completion. At 10:

.m. on Dec.31,2007, the ceremony for mechanical
completion of SINOPEC Qingdao Refining Project was held
at the area of refining plant. It indicated that Qingdao
Refining Project was changed from project construction
stage to precommissioning stage.
Mr.
Zhang Kehua. Vice-president of SINOPEC, Mr. Wu Jingjian,
vice-mayor of
Qingdao
, the leaders of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co.,
Ltd., EPC contractor, Construction Company, Supervision
Company and all employees who participated in the
construction of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Project
attended the ceremony for mechanical completion.
