On
Feb.26～28, 2008, Qingdao Heavy Lifting & Heavy
Hauling Project Department of Heavy Mechanical Company
completed the lifting task of framework, sliding plate
and supporting bridge of the largest ship-used rolling
machine in the world only within 3 days.
Due
to the space limitation of the workshop, the framework
of two sets of 300t cranes were lifted up and moved to
the edge of the foundation pit, supported, cushioned and
put properly, and then put it into position after moving
of the crane. The workshop is more than
18m
in height and the boom is only
5cm
away from the crossbeam of the roof during working. The
crane was unable to work, so it has no choice but to
move frequently. The ballast of the crane needed to be
removed one by one and reinstalled. It needed at least
more than 2 hours for one movement.
Therefore,
the site representative of Swiss Hosle Co., Ltd. praised
that the Tenth Construction Company is really the
professional technical team.
