A
new record of heavy lifting of our company was created
at the construction site of Huizhou Refining.
At
1:48 p.m. on Mar.18, 2008, Huizhou Refining Heavy
Lifting Project Department lifted up and put the
hydrocracking reactor into position successfully, which
is 1328t in weight,
4.415m
in diameter and
50.815m
in height. The lifting experts at site said that it was
the first time to use hydraulic jacking technique to
lift the first kilotons hydrocracking reactor, and also
it was the third largest (weight) hydrocracking reactor
to be lifted up with single integral lifting in
China
at present.
The
lifting process plan of KRAMO hydraulic jacking crane
was used as the main crane and 1000t crawler crane was
used as the tail crane at this time. The lifting was
started at
8 a
.m. on Mar. 18. The jacking crane put up the head of
hydrocracking reactor slowly with the jacking speed
about 8 to
10.5m
/h. The lifting mechanical operator and riggers
cooperated closely. The whole lifting was stable and
smooth. At 1:48 p.m., Huizhou refining hydrocracking
reactor was erected on the foundation smoothly. It took
5 hours and 48min. for lifting. The lifting work was
fully affirmed by the owner. Zhong Ying, project manager
of Huizhou Refining Second Complex talked with the
pressman at site: “The Tenth Construction Company
lifts up the heaviest hydrocracking reactor of Huizhou
Refining successfully. It indicates that the whole
erection work has entered into a new stage. The Tenth
Construction Company is a team which we rely on”.
