At
2 o’clock, on Apr.12, 2008, Qingdao Refining
10,000,000t/a crude oil distillation unit constructed by
the Tenth Construction Company produced acceptable oil
products and the system was running smoothly. The whole
plant has no phenomenon of running, bleeding, dripping
and leaking, which realized commissioning successfully
at one time with high quality and high standard. It is
known that this is the first commissioning plant of
Qingdao Refining.
Qingdao
Refining Project Department sent a report of success to
the Company and the Party Committee of the Company after
commissioning successfully.
