At
9 a
.m. on May 3, 2008, 103 Unit of Coal Liquefaction Plant
of Shenhua Direct Coal Liquefaction Project constructed
by the Tenth Construction Company was completed and
handed over. The signing ceremony of mechanical
completion was held in Shenhua Group.
Chen
Biting, chairman of the board of Shenhua Group, Zhang
Yuzhuo, chairman of the board of coal conversion to oil
and the other leaders participated in the ceremony of
mechanical completion. Fan Jixian, the president of the
Tenth Construction Company, Zhang Jiming, director of
Coal Conversion to Oil Plant, Zhou Guo, Stationmaster of
SINOPEC Quality Inspection Station and Lai Mingwei, SEI
assistant of president signed on the Responsibility
Documents of Mechanical Completion.

has been erected for 103 Unit of Coal Liquefaction Plant
of Shenhua Direct Coal Liquefaction Project constructed

was 190 sets. The electrical cable Laying was
