Along
with flue gas turbine being put into operation on May
21, 2008, Qingdao Refining Project 2,900,000t/a
Catalytic Cracking Plant was entered into normal
operation on May 22. It indicates that this critical
plant constructed by our company started up successfully
at one time.
Gas
separation plant produced qualified propylene on May 14,
2008 and MTBE plant produced qualified products on May
15. Thus, seven plants of Qingdao Refining Project
constructed by our company were all started up
successfully, except light naphtha plant having no
start-up schedule, which realized the construction of
Qingdao Refining fully successful. Qingdao Refining
& Chemical Project Department sent a report of
success to our company.
