On
Mar.5, 2006, Qilu Refinery 2,600,000t/a
Diesel Oil Hydrofining Unit was mechanical completion.
The
signing ceremony took place in Qilu Refinery Plant. Mr.
Yang Lianwen, the project manager of Qilu Project
Department, introduced the construction of the project.
The representative of the Quality Supervisory Station,
Hydrogenation Unit and Construction Supervision read out
the comments of quality evaluation and project
acceptance respectively. The project manager, Mr. Yang
Lianwen, on behalf of the company, signed on the
mechanical completion certificate.
Mr.
Wu Zhongxian, the chief engineer of the company took
part in the ceremony of mechanical completion. He
expressed that the Tenth Construction Company will give
full cooperation to organize a good commissioning team
and follow up the site service all weather so as to
ensure the plant startup smoothly. Mr. Liu Boxue, the
vice president of Qilu Petrochemical Company highly
appraised the Tenth Construction Company who has made
great efforts and has obtained the achievements in the
construction.
