In
the afternoon, on Mar. 15, 2006, the first steel column
of main frame in the building of Shenhua Coal
Gasification Project of Inner Mongolia, which will be
constructed by the Tenth Construction Company of SINOPEC,
was lifted into position smoothly, which indicates the
erection of steel structure for this project is
commenced formally.
The
lifting height of steel structure in the main building
of Coal Gasification is 93m, the maximum weight of
single column is 76 tons and the smallest one is 18
tons. The erection of the internal equipment is
complicate and there is a larger difficulty in
construction.
At
2:45 p.m., started to lift formally. Along with the
sound of whistle, 280t crawler crane lifted up the
column gradually under the command of the red and green
fag. The column 15m in height and 18t in weight was put
on the concrete foundation which is 36m in height stably
after hard work for approximately one hour.
