On
Mar.17, 2006, 89# unit of Hainan Refinery & Chemical
Continued Project---startup boiler was realized the
mechanical completion.
The
startup boiler include one set of 75t/h boiler, two set
of 130t/h boilers, the body of the boiler is 1400 tons
and the process piping is 6000m. Since the commencement
in June 2005, the Tenth Construction Company of SINOPEC
overcame the affection on late delivery of materials and
drawings, the delivered materials not match and narrow
with the construction site and the other factors, the
entity construction of the project was completed at the
end of 2005. At present, purging and pressure test have
been completed. The procedure of “3 Checks and 4
Establishing Measures” was basically completed, except
DCS test and reset of individual valves. Hainan Refinery
& Chemical Project Department of the Tenth
Construction Company of SINOPEC pay much attention to
quality control during the construction. They regarded
welding management as the keystone of the quality
control during the construction of the project. 5414
pieces of RT films have been taken on 3 sets of boilers.
The acceptability of welding at one time is 98%, which
obtained excellent achievements on pressure test
successfully without any leakage.
