On
May 28, 2006, in the sound of firecrackers, the first
bottom plate of T1 tank of Huangdao National Petroleum
Storage Base Project was started to erect. It indicates
that the erection of this project was started formally.
The simple opening ceremony of erection was took place
at the construction site. Wang Cunting, vice chief
engineer of The Tenth Construction Company, Mi Guangqing,
manager of Storage Tank Company of The Tenth
Construction Company, Liang Jianyi, construction manager
of Huangdao National Petroleum Storage Base Co., Ltd.,
and the relevant leaders of Beijing Huaxia Petrochemical
Supervision Company, SINOPEC Shanghai Engineering Co.,
Ltd. attended the opening ceremony.
Huangdao
National Petroleum Storage Tank Base Project is the
national key project. The Tenth Construction Company who
undertakes the erection task of this project is facing
the hard construction task. The project will be
organized scientifically, strengthen management, firmly
set up the idea of “Safety First”, carry forward the
spirit of solidarity and cooperation, obey commanding
and coordination, make great effort to build elaborate
work and achieve the established management target.
It
is understood that The Tenth Construction Company has
undertaken the task to erect 14 storage tanks with the
capacity of 100,000m3, piping, electric, instrument and
associated work in the project of Huangfdao National
Petroleum Storage Base. At present, The Tenth
Construction Company of SINOPEC has listed this project
as the important project and has assigned the
construction staff and workers who have rich
experiences. The project department has well prepared
according to the feature of large quantity of work and
longer construction period. They are determined through
their unremitting efforts to ensure that this project
can be built up and put into production by the end of
2007.
